Our Approach

Innovative Behavior Technologies (IBT) is a boutique agency dedicated to providing creative and compassionate in-home and telehealth Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Our services are tailored to each individual's unique needs. We also provide Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA only) consultation for individuals, families, and institutions. Innovative Behavior Technologies specializes in ABA treatment for teens and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and those diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorders. We take pride in working closely with families to accommodate their schedules and unique needs. Our team is committed to delivering culturally responsive care, and we are proud to include staff members from diverse ethnic backgrounds, including fluent Spanish-speaking professionals.

At Innovative Behavior Technologies, we place a strong emphasis on comprehensive staff training. In addition to completing the required 40-hour foundational ABA training, our team members participate in a weekly 2-hour in-service focused on core ABA principles and how those principles relate to the clients we serve. Ongoing supervision and hands-on training are provided regularly in the field, with most supervision conducted in person to ensure the highest quality of support and development.
